Clement Rivers, LLP is seeking talented, highly motivated litigation Attorneys. Ideal Candidates will have 1-3+ years of complex insurance defense litigation experience, including handling depositions, motions, and experts, and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure OR clerkship at the trial court or appellate court level (Federal or State court). Helpful experience would include litigation defense experience such as: Trucking & Transportation, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, etc.
