Established, successful litigation sole-practitioner with busy business litigation practice seeks an Associate for an expanding practice. Successful candidate should have 3-5 years of practice experience (including judicial clerkship).  The intent of this position is a long-term, partnership.  Accordingly, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, needing modest guidance and able to generate business on his or her own in the long term, while also willing to work with senior counsel on assignments.  The candidate should have experience drafting complaints, motion and memoranda, and orders, arguing motions, conducting discovery, including depositions, and resolving cases.  Please submit a resume and recent writing sample to westashleylawyer987@gmail.com.
