Koontz Mlynarczyk Belger, LLC is an expanding law firm in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, and we are seeking an additional full-time, in-house associate to join our firm.
All candidates must have passed the Bar and completed their Rule 403 trial experiences. The firm’s primary focus is construction and business litigation, as well as HOA representation, mechanic’s liens, contracts, and other business-related matters. We represent homeowners, homebuilders, contractors, subcontractors, and other businesses in the Lowcountry and along the east coast. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Our new associate will be initially responsible for drafting and reviewing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery. Competitive salary and paid vacation time are just some of the perks that we have to offer.
