27 Sep Associate Attorney – Wills & Trusts
Boutique Charleston area firm has an immediate need for an Associate Attorney to work full-time in their Wills & Trusts division. The job duties include meeting with clients, drafting/overseeing the execution of documents, reviewing estate plans and contributing as a versatile team player who can assist where needed. The person in this role has the potential to assist with and move into the Estate & Probate side of the firm where they would work with wills and trust administration. The firm is looking for individuals who are humble, motivated, disciplined and intelligent. Candidates will ideally have 0 to 5 years of experience. Any type and amount of experience will be considered, but estate planning experience is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and in good standing.
