Koontz Mlynarczyk, LLC is an expanding law firm in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, and we are seeking an additional full-time, in-house associate to join our firm.

All candidates must have either passed the Bar – either SC or UBE – or be currently awaiting the results. Completion of 403s is desired, but not required. The ideal candidate will not only be a team player, but is also detail-oriented. Most importantly, he or she must be eager to hit the ground running. We are always happy to train the right person.

The firm’s primary focus is litigation, in the areas of construction defects, mechanic’s liens, contracts, and other business-related matters. We represent homeowners, subcontractors, and other businesses in the Lowcountry, as well as throughout the state.

Our new associate will be initially responsible for drafting and reviewing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery. Competitive salary and paid vacation time are just some of the perks that we have to offer.
