12 Jan Class & Mass Action Contract Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and eager lawyer to join our firm’s Class and Mass Action Division in our downtown Charleston office. Candidate must possess confidence, a willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team, and a strong sense of justice for all.
Primary responsibilities will include: case development (including investigating factual background of cases), factual and legal research, complaint drafting, client interaction, and discovery matters.
Candidates should have the following:
- A Hunger to Learn and Seek Justice.
- 0-5 years of legal experience.
- Creative intellect and ability to navigate issues of first impression.
- Superior writing and research skills mandatory.
