Charleston County Probate Court seeks Customer Service Representative for Estates Division.
Job responsibilities include greeting members of the public and assisting them with the probate administration process and filing of documents, answering questions from visitors and legal professionals about existing files and opening new cases, answering phone calls, and managing the lobby area. Additional duties include researching records, copying documents, and working with staff members on a variety of tasks related to estate files. Associate’s Degree or higher and experience in a similar position preferred but not required.
