The Charleston office of Wall Templeton & Haldrup is seeking a litigation paralegal with at least two years of experience, preferably in construction, personal injury, and general liability insurance defense.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings/motions, discovery responses/answers, and document/deposition subpoenas.
• Organize exhibits, documents, and evidence.
• Assist attorneys with preparing for meetings, depositions, mediation, court hearings, and trials.
• E-file documents in state and federal court systems.
• Assist with case settlements.
• Calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics.
