Best Law, P.A. is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal in the area of civil litigation. Candidates must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, work independently, and manage time effectively. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of an attorney and assist with legal tasks and document preparation primarily in construction defect cases. This includes organizing and managing complex case files, drafting legal documents, electronic filing, calendaring deadlines, depositions, and hearings, and providing other legal/administrative support.
