Yarborough Applegate, a downtown law firm, seeks an experienced Paralegal to handle litigation and trial work.
Qualifications: 6+ years handling serious Personal Injury cases in State and Federal Courts, Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate, trial experience, and master command of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities include: Proficient in PACER, E-filing, medical record collections and review, discovery and e-discovery management, trial preparation and attendance, preparing mediation presentations, and managing expert witnesses and clients.
The ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented, and has excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation includes base salary commensurate with experience, bonus opportunity, 401k with profit sharing, medical insurance and generous PTO.
