12 Jan Paralegal – Class & Mass Action Division
We are going to hire an extraordinary person with a strong work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, passion for assisting injured and cheated victims in the law. This person will have a commitment to professional excellence to become a litigation paralegal at our successful plaintiff’s firm in our Class & Mass Action Division. In that position you will manage a full load of class action and mass tort cases on a team of 8 attorneys with another paralegal. Think of it as an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and really make a difference at the worst times in our clients’ lives. You will be responsible for any number of tasks including drafting documents, scheduling, filing pleadings with the court, ordering records and medical bills, and other tasks as assigned. We are a paperless law firm, so using computers and technology is a must! This position is available in our downtown Charleston office.
