This is a full-time position at Pflug Law Firm in Mt. Pleasant. Coordinate closings from start to finish by communicating with real estate agents, lenders and clients to prepare documents and closing packages for buyers and sellers.
Understand and follow best practices, order and review title searches, prepare commitments and clear title issues, prepare CDs and loan packages and other ancillary documents needed to meet closing requirements, disburse funds, follow up on trailing documents, issue policies, and follow up on post-closing matters.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in all phases of SC residential real estate closing transactions. Proficiency in a variety of software programs, including Qualia, Soft Pro, Outlook, Dropbox and others. Must be dependable, resourceful, self-motivated, professional, both a team and independent worker, and able to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
